We offer simple, yet effective local advertising solutions for your business with no hidden fees and transparent pricing. We care more about the service we provide, rather than making a quick buck. Here's how it works.......We provide you with three types of dedicated advertising for your business all at one low monthly price.
1) A premium 36" x 48" poster billboard placed in our facility. You get to choose the location of your advertisement, for as long as you like to advertise with us! (please note placements come on a first come first serve basis and Xcel management must approve the location - all placement spots are the same price!)
2) In addition to having a permanent advertisement within our facility, you will also have your own dedicated 55" smart TV to run as many digital promotional ads as you like. Your ad(s) are guaranteed to run as long as the gym is open, and we provide the TV!
3) A VIP listing on mikelocal.com, which includes free local advertising, unlimited job postings, sales promotions, weekly specials, unlimited merchant services consultation and much more!
Yes and no. We prefer you send us your own pre-approved material for us to send to our printers, as well as providing us with your digital content via a USB drive, this way there are no additional cost to incur. No worries we will work with you on the specifics and technical aspects. However, if you need assistance with creative content, we have partnered with several of our local affiliates that specialize in the marketing and video advertising arena. Contact us for more details.
1) Billboard ads: Xcel's staff will hang and display.
2) TV ads: Xcel's staff will use the USB drive you provide us to display your ad on your dedicated TV.
3) Internet marketing: contact madamo@mikelocal.com for premium sign-up privileges and advertising.

Of course! Many of our clients change their marketing material either due to seasonality / holidays, logo changes, menu additions, and other sort of specials when it comes to the Internet and TV advertising. There are no additional charges to upload new material to the TV or at mikelocal.com advertising. However, if you would like to replace your permanent banner ad, there is the standard reprinting and material cost - just like anything else.
Your permanent billboard should be somewhat similar to what you would see while driving on the highway. It should have your name, logo, maybe a catchphrase or slogan and at least include one type of social media platform (website address, instagram hashtag, QR Code, etc)
We are looking to upload a advertisements similar to a selfie(s), a prezi or AI slideshow with as much "PG-rated"content and creativity as you like. Of course if you would like to send us a YouTube type advertisement, we can display that as well. We can also create something for you as well, for an additional charge. Please note Xcel management must approve all ads. Contact us for more details.

There are no contracts, just a standard billing application similar to a gym membership. However, as previously stated we ask for your first 3-months upfront to cover the initial print and labor costs. After that we charge you the recurring monthly fee ~ again the same as a monthly gym membership. If you decide at the end of the first 3 months this is not for you or any other month thereafter, we will take down and return your billboard poster (yours to keep), discontinue your digital TV ads and revert you to the basic marketing package at mikelocal.com. It's a clean break with no catches or termination fees that will end on the last day of the current month you decide to cancel.

Yes! The owner or primary person who has an advertising account with us (the one who is being billed) will receive a free standard gym membership for as long as they are advertising with us. Employees of the advertiser will also receive a 10% discount membership as well.
